Prashant Verma, M.D.
Dr. Verma was born and raised in Ventura, CA. He completed his Internal Medicine training at UC-San Diego Medical Center, and then served as Chief Resident at the University of Hawaii’s Internal Medicine Residency Program in Honolulu, HI for one year. Dr. Verma then completed his Allergy-Immunology training at The UCLA Veteran’s Affairs Hospital and Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Allergy-Immunology. He joined the practice in July 2011.
Preeti Chopra, M.D.
Dr. Chopra attended an accelerated six year MD/BS program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City following her graduation from high school. She then completed her Internal Medicine residency in Los Angeles, CA at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and remained for an additional year as she was selected as a Chief Resident of the program. She went on to complete her Allergy & Immunology Fellowship in Los Angeles, CA at the UCLA Veteran’s Affairs Hospital and the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. She has been practicing since 2012 with her husband, who is also an Allergist-Immunologist. She is currently board certified in Internal Medicine and Allergy & Immunology.
She is the current president of the Gold Coast Allergy Society and a Fellow of the American College of Allergy Asthma and Immunology. She is active in clinical research and believes practicing evidence based medicine is of paramount importance as well as preserving the patient-physician relationship.
When not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She also enjoys Lagree Fitness, traveling, cooking, and delving into new television series.
Sanjiv Verma, M.D.
Dr. Verma completed his Pediatric training at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his Allergy-Immunology training at USC in Los Angeles, CA. He established his first private practice Allergy office in Ventura, California in 1978.
