A rhinoscope is a device which has a tiny camera on the end of a long, flexible tube. We use the device to examine the nasal passages, where the sinuses drain, the back of the throat, and vocal cords. Rhinoscopy allows us to perform a visual examination of hidden nasal and pharyngeal areas and shed light on any dangerous or irritating conditions that may be present.
